What innovations have I helped introduce to the NLS

I worked through all of the transitions the surveys went through from 1975 to 2010. Randy Olsen deserves an enormous amount of credit for steering CHRR through a large part of this time and transforming the roles the Center has played.

Why am I proud to be part of the NLS team

The NLS is the first and best of longitudinal social science surveys. It paved the way for innovations that followed.
